Feeling tired, questions, & not telling my Crossing the Ben Franklin Bridge on Acid Story
1. While I think I am officially recovered from my cold, I'm feeling VERY tired, very sluggish today. I think that its probably because I've been eating graham crackers, Dove chocolates, and popcorn non-stop.
2. I was driving back from Brian's house in Manayunk last night and saw a sign saying something like, "Ben Franklin Bridge: 2/10 Miles"
My question is this: Why didn't they just write "1/5 Miles"? Did someone decide that 2/10 sounds better? Or maybe the highway sign people like even numbers more than odd numbers?
3. Also, is everyone else in agreement that the Ben Franklin Bridge is MUCH better than the Walt Whitman? (I mean besides when you are trying to get to one of the stadiums.)
<*This would be a really good segway into my Crossing the Ben Franklin Bridge Into Philly With John While We Were on Acid Only to Discover A Locked Gate at the End and We Have to Jump Over the 6ft Railing into Oncoming Traffic or Walk All the Way Back to Camden Where we Might Find Another Locked Gate and so we Jump the Railing and Almost Die and Proceed to the Chemical Brothers Show Where Our Friends Are Waiting with E and None of Them Seem to Fully Comprehend the Seriousness of Our Adventure story, but I don't feel like getting into it at the moment.*>
