Wakey Wakey Eggs and Bakey!
For some ungodly reason I was awake at 5:20 something this morning. I tried for almost two hours to go back to sleep but it wasn't happening so here I sit. I've started working on some quiet things to do around the house, I'm taking it easy but I'm thinking about heading off to start some of Delaney's room while she isn't up to help me.
Yesterday we managed to get out to House of Bounce in Manassas and book Delaney's birthday party for June 6. As you can tell I'm in a great plan ahead mood these days. I'm thinking about having my 40th birthday party there this year. Might be a fun thing.
I've been working on Delaney's room, I got the train table taken apart, it's just waiting for RJ to take it out to the garage. I've got to get all the laundry and trash out of there next, then I should be able to shuffle the furniture around and get the room where I want it. I have to work a little in her closet so my dad can help me install a couple of shelves to put a few of our toys on.
I've started on Delaney's Valentines for her class. She's signed all the ones to the girls and has started on the boys. While she was doing that I was busy filling out her birthday invitations for June. The bounce place gives you invites so since I have all the information about the party I figured I'd get them written while I was doing other things similar to it.
Now I've got my grocery list together and then head out with the small person to Aldi, the dollar store, the party store, and then Target. Whew. Then tomorrow I've got to hit Costco for a few things and Walmart if I don't get there today.
Now I have to get the small person and I dressed and then we're going to hit the road, since all the pre-game stuff is on hopefully it will be quiet out there now.
