I know most of my friends will think this is naieve, pretentious bollocks but I think it's good advice and I like it so *nyer* :p

Yes it's a newspaper article. No I don't care that it was published by a corporate media organisation or whatever. Journalists is people too and people is sometimes kind!

Aside from the heavy christian overtones in some of it (but nobody is perfect) it all seems to be pretty good advice, genuinely gleaned from living 40 years of life.
