Bandwidth exceeded?

For some reason my lj layout is getting replaced with photobucket bandwidth exceeded images. Can anyone please help me and tell me what I have to do to get rid of it. Like I don't think it's my photobucket album. So if anyone can help me I'd be really be grateful.

Ok don't worry about that anymore I fixed it by getting a new layout. So what do you guys think? I guess it looks ok.
