Lose 10-25 lbs. by June - Baked goods, sweets, chips, and other various snack items and desserts in moderation (if at all). Minimal consumption of jianbing and other street foods. Bring more lunches from home. Bring tea to school or drink up on water. Diet Coke only on certain occasions. Avoid fruity and sugary cocktails.

Start exercising more - Exercise at least 3 days a week. Stick to P90X. Exercise in the afternoon before dinner. Take 15-20 minute walks every day after dinner. Join soccer, possibly intramural rugby if time allows.

Stop procrastinating and multi-tasking - Stop watching so much television. Wean self away from social networking sites and Skype. Sleep at before 2 AM most nights.

Be less judgemental and paranoid - About friends and group dynamics. Stop over-dramatizing things. Be more relaxed and laid-back around new people.

Write more often - Attempt Script Frenzy. Daily Themes by Figment. Fanfiction again perhaps?
