If it weren't for the fact that I'm not the only one who texts people while in the company of others, I would think I was being extremely rude.  However, considering the amount of females who text regardless of their situation, I'm going to call it a norm and leave it at that.  Though, amongst all my friends, I feel as though I'm the only one who ( Read more... )

1. Haha, maybe cause you're the one with the best texting plan! I'd be all up on the texting if I could... but alas, I don't want another run in with the phone bill police (read: dad). Also helps if you've got one of those handy keyboards.

2. Yes, agreed. They're usually too busy thinking about themselves.

3. Rope is random... is there more to it?

4. Thanks for the info, will keep in mind! Is Silk organic? I forget...

1. lol Well, see, everyone I do text with actually have unlimited texting for whatever service they are using. I only text two out of those I know who texts. Those who don't, I usually communicate with in person or over the internet. So when they don't answer, I wonder why the hell their parents are wasting money on them by giving them a great texting plan. Plus, there's the entry mode "word" which is very very similar to my QWERTY keyboard except it doesn't let you type in certain words such as 'lol'.

2. I know!!! You give your attention to someone and then you find out, oh shit. Should have never given them my attention. Now they want more. Divas.

3. haha there isn't, actually. It was the first scenario that came into mind. You're stuck in a hole or clinging to the side of a cliff - you're going to want some rope, not someone thinking about saving you.

4. Silk is not organic, thankfully. It doesn't have nasty chunks of congealed soymilk floating around no matter how much you shake the damn carton.

1. Ah, I see... in that case they don't have much excuse not to text back. Haha, I have word and all I can is that the suggestions are more a hassle than a help (In my case at least). In the emergency case that I do text, I find myself exhausted after composing one! XD

2. Yup. It kind of infuriates me that divas always get what they want by simply throwing hissy fits, whereas normal people must work hard and tolerate the divas.

3. Lol, very true.

4. Ah, okay. I always thought it was b/c they sell it at Whole Foods, but that doesn't matter. As long as it tastes good! I am going grocery shopping tomorrow and shall get some. That organic stuff sounds nasty... I find that a lot of homemade asian soymilks congeal too, probably different processes make different soymilks? I derno!

1. haha yes, word does annoy me from time to time. I can't always use my keyboard to text (useless when you only have one hand free) so I use word. After months of playing around with it, I've finally learned how to use it better, even to let me type 'lol' and such like.

2. I know! If you complain about a diva, the diva just throws an even bigger fit once they hear about it and it's up to you to apologize and make things nice again because they definitely will not.

4. Er I dunno...it tastes okay? It kinda tasted weird, to be honest. I much prefer silk or vita. I dunno. Vita is asian, right? It has yet to congeal on me...then again, probably because it comes in a little box. Personally, the chunks turn me off - the last time I saw milk like that it had gone horrible bad and had a very sour smell to it.

1. haha it's okay! you'll get one eventually, I bet. ^_^

2. THANK YOU! ANOTHER SYMPATHIZER!

3. First scenario that came to mind. XD If you're in a deep pit or hanging over the edge of a cliff, you're gonna want the damn rope, not someone thinking about saving you but not doing anything.

4. I actually don't like green tea in general. It congealed...there were solid stuff floating around in it...sooo nasty!
