the randomness of daze
I did well on my Jury. There were five judges instead of the normal 4. I got rated with 4 As and I A- for my piece. And I got a 4, 3.5, 4, 3 and 3 on sight reading (out of 4). I have a "beautiful melifluous sound with a wonderful color and timbid possiblilties!" heh, I like that judge. I talked with Sol about my clarinet dilemma and he felt like I thought he would, that he failed me, which he has not. I guess he says that this summer I can work with him on some "non-legit" clarinet music, like Klezmer, Jazz, Blues, and other modern / worldly styles :) Hopefully, I will enjoy them. He also reccommended that I contact Perry and ask about playing the Saxophone. I shall.
I have been having random random memories from the past popping up at the strangest times. I feel as if I am gaining parts of my life back.
There are 8 days left. 8. 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1, 8. I will miss this home dearly.
