Ring Week
So this week is ring week. This means that for three night I leave gifts outside my chosen juniors door and she leaves me gifts. The gifts are based off of interest surveys we had to fill out. My chose junior is named Dariana, she is a theater major and is so nice.
so on the first night:
she left me a Beta, a bowl of candy, some glow stick and glow stick bracelets, two necklaces and a bracelet also the carpet they are all on but i am leaving it till Thursday for us to place things on. I left her a little red peacock, a pillow i made, and a few other things that i can't seem to think of.
Tonight:
she left two sailor moon movies, another anime (Fullmetal Alchemist), some sailor moon stickers, two Dr.Peppers, and some cards for a new card game. I left her a mug, a pillow that said super star, a little stuffed dragon, a little cat box filled with chocolate and tea, and a few other little things.
Tomorrow:
I have no clue what she will leave me (i will probably post tomorrow). but i will be leaving her a fuzzy poster i made, a journal, and a book on contemporary chines drama.
Friday:
Me and the first years of her friends will design a scavenger hunt that they follow and then when they finish they come to us we present them with their class rings. :)
So that is a fast summary of what ring week is. :) it is so much fun, a little expensive but still fun.
also Shaun will be coming down here to see me for thanksgiving so that will be nice to see familiar faces. granted this school has come to feel like home to me in the last month or so. Nanna came down to see me not to long ago and we went out to eat with my Great Aunt Pam. i have been having such a great time. me and my roommate Eden get along great. I love this school. :)
