"Do you believe me?"
"Do I have a choice?"
"If I say yes, will you believe me?"
"If I say no, will you kill me?"
"Yeah."
"Then yes."
"YAY!" Karin kicked her leg up in the air in celebration as Victoria sweat dropped. They both glanced at the door that had just opened. Leng entered in while dangling her gun from her finger and her eyes closed.
"You look exhausted." Victoria commented.
Leng sighed. "Extremely." She then opened her eyes and stared at the pair. Victoria was tied to the closet doors and Karin held a machete in her hand. "You two look like you're having fun."
"Right?!" Karin exclaimed, Victoria's eye twitched.
"I'd like to be released now." Victoria commented, Leng walked to the kitchen and poured herself a cup of coffee. Karin crossed her arms and walked towards the kitchen counter.
"Me too please!" Leng looked up from her drink.
"Let's not mix you and caffeine."
"Why not~."
"Because."
"Because why~!"
"Because-"
"Can someone let me go now?!"
SLAM. They all turned to see Nyx walk in and slam the door back. She was covered in ashes that trailed behind her.
"Want a cup?" Leng asked her, Karin widened her eyes.
"WHY HER AND NOT ME?!"
"Well, she had to deal with Zmeu." Leng tilted her head. "Then again, Vodka might be better."
"I don't drink. But after dealing with him I just might start."
"I'm sorry."
"You should be, you escaped and left me there." Leng smiled.
"There has to be a sacrifice in every battle."
Before Nyx could comment, she met Victoria's eyes and then looked back. "Can we throw out the new furniture piece?" Victoria scoffed.
"I will be glad to, now someone get me out!" Nyx sighed and went to her room, Karin continued to banter Leng for coffee. Victoria sighed, soon the hours passed until nightfall came. The next morning Nyx woke up and walked in the room to the kitchen and drank a bottle of water. She blinked when she noticed Victoria.
