More Sakura progress! That skirt was totally cumbersome to sew. It weighs a few pounds too. D: Gold piping = SEXY
I got a job! Life has been eating away at any spare time I normally have to work on cosplay. It's awesome to have a job, but much as I predicted, my first year of teaching is tiring and I often come home late or take work home. It's also about a 40 minute commute with no traffic. When I do hit traffic, it's bad. The day does not end at 2:15 when the kiddos go home. xD I do like my job though, and feel comfortable having job security and a regular salary. I am teaching 7th and 8th grade resource (special education). ^^
I also moved last weekend. Yeah...that was a whole weekend LOST for cosplay work! Unfortunately, a house is not in the picture at this point, but we did move into a larger 2 bedroom apartment, so I know have half a room just to work on cosplay projects! (It's also the storage room, which is why I say half xD)
