wierd day.
So, I went rock-climbing today. All good and fun, except I jumped down from an inverted face and landed wrong, screwing up my ankle. Bloody little P.O.S. always gets in the way of good fun. So now it's taped up and I'm trying not to move around my house too much.
Anyone else watch the Seahawks vs Giants game? It's depressing how shitty Hasselbeck is. I mean, he's REALLY bad. He got an intentional grounding penalty when he was under very little pressure, just because he can't throw worth a damn. There's a minute and a half to go in the game, it's tied up and the Seahawks have to get into FG range from their 20, and the bastard never snaps in the shotgun. Only possible reasoning is he can't catch a snap to save his life.
Pro QB's are supposed to be just that, PROS! This douchebag should never have gotten a contract in the first place, much less as a starter. The only reason we won is the Hawk fans. 12 illegal procedure/false start calls, all attributed to crowd noise. Then, the Giant FG kicker missed 3 FGs in a row (more then all season beforehand), 2 of which were easily kickable.
It was an immensely engrossing game, watching all of this crazy shit happen. Wow.
So now I'm praying I don't have to tape my ankle tomorrow... but it looks likely.
Oh, and Hypnotize kicks ass. It's amazing. Some of the songs don't make any sense, but hey, that's what System's like. She's Like Heroin is truly strange, but the ending makes it all worth while "I need someone to save my ass". And Soldier Side, the follow on to Intro on Mezmerize, is SO FUCKING COOL. I've been waiting for it since I first heard Intro.
