So, like, Tuesday...
Well, the pain that leads to insomnia thing happened again-- I hate that; it's so damn frustrating because there is a large part of me that wants desperately to go to sleep. I spend hours trying to ease anything that hurts, and then to convince myself that sleep is a good thing. The radio station was playing crap last night too-- except for one thing; one of the books I am pitching was mentioned and then they played something by the author. THAT was cool. The accapella crappiness from Sting (and I *like* Sting, mind you) and then this hideous piece called automaton that I SWEAR sounded like the CD was skipping for TEN MINUTES. ::headdesk::
Had a really FUN conversation with the boss today; I repeat, I love my boss and am glad I work for him. I've had some poopheads in the past, but this one? Mebbe its because we have a lot in common, but I LIKE him as well as like working for him. Yes, there are days I want to smack him-- bet he feels the same about me LOL.
And then finally; remember me mentioning that I finally used the gift certificate I got last year from my Father in law? Well the box CAME!!! Both of the mannekins are AMAZING... they are so hyper articulated; cannot wait to mess with them! And the conte crayons look interesting... then again if it comes in a wee tin, not like I will hate it. I love wee boxes. LOL
Oh and I have... ideas... for 5o fic after that lovefest last night; Steve and Danno are SO the married couple! LOL They sound like Ronka and me bickering half the time... love love that show and those boys! :D
