Since I probably just borrowed these beliefs to start out with, or they were thrust upon me, I'm clear they're not mine, I'm sendin' 'em back.
I'm givin' 'em up for LENT.
I'm givin' up the belief that I'm not good enough.
I'm givin' up the belief that I can't do it. That because I failed once, I will fail again.
I'm givin' up the idea that it's too hard.
I'm givin' up the idea that I'm not pretty enough, smart enough, don't have the right shaped body, don't look the right way.
I'm givin' up all the beliefs that don't support me in being my FULL SELF EXPRESSION.
