Another day another 100 bucks.
Well I came into work to find out, I'm here by myself tonight. Good thing I have a competent crisis nurse to relieve me for breaks. Apparently we have tons of people on telemetry. Let's hear it for full moons. *yeah!* My people seem to be quite active tonight. A few have heart rates dropping into the 30's. To me, that is never a good thing. Apparently to their doctor. *shrugs*
I got my case for my new computer today, it's damned heavy. Good solid steel construction. I was sound asleep when the delivery man knocked so hard on the door, that I bolted up from a dead sleep. Especially since I had only gotten to bed about 1 hour before he arrived.
Speaking of wonderful sleep, yep... didn't get much today. Finally went to sleep around 1430 hrs, and of course was woken up by the delivery guy at 1530 hrs. Went back to sleep, and woke up when roger got home around 1730 hrs. Then woke up again while he was busy in the kitchen at 1800 hrs, and decided to say to hell with it and just got up. Since we don't have a lot in the refrigerator, I just decided to go out for dinner. So yeah, I'm here, by myself with only like 3 good hours of sleep. Yeah for sleep deprivation.
So we had a nice dinner at a place called "Firehouse Pizza". We picked up our usual, a XL meat lovers. Roger has the left overs for lunch tomorrow. I don't care for it when it is cold and/or reheated.
Got my pay stub in the mail this afternoon. Found out I should have enough to buy my final piece to my computer. I'll be speaking with my consultant this weekend and he can help me pick out just the right video card.
Not much else for the day, other than I brought my warrior up to level 24. So I'll head off to take care of my wonderful patients. Peace everyone.
