(no subject)
So, school's done. Yep. I think I should be more excited though, or feel more accomplished. I've just finished my first year of university and all I feel is relief. Whatever.
But now, I have to tell my "lovely" story from today. Well first I had to wait around at school for 5 hours before I could write my exam, which is bad enough in itself. Anyway, we get there and she warns us that the test is super long. So I start freaking out. Then we start writing, and five minutes into the exam the frakking fire alarm goes off. Our prof starts swearing, and yelling at us to get out of the classroom because they wouldn't do a drill during exam time. On the way out I notice that the fire alarm by the door has been pulled, yet there's no fire in sight.
So we have to wait around for twenty minutes until the police and firemen give the ok. Once we're back in our prof says to start writing even though the exam might not be valid anymore. WTF? So we're writing and our prof said it should be ok to use that exam even though we had a chance to look at it before going outside, where technically we could have cheated. But no matter what, we need to watch our website for an update because we may have to take a deferred exam at another time. I'm going to be so pissed off if we have to take another final for the course. Basically because it's linear algebra and I hate it.
Anyway, I'm done, meaning that I get to laze around all day tomorrow doing WHATEVER I WANT!! That excites me. I think it'll be a productive day in the world of fic writing. I somehow have 4 stories on the go right now, something that I promised myself would never happen. *shrugs* At least I have more time to work on them though. If all goes well I'll get the next chapter of my Atlantis fic done, along with the long one-shot that I'm doing for BSG. It's post LDYB 2, titled Reconcilliation. I'm excited about it, although I still have a few logisitcs to sort out before I can write most of it.
