The Year 2007 in Fic
I did this fic meme at the beginning of last year, and I thought it'd be fun to do it again. :)
Favorite Story of 2007: Finding Purpose, without a doubt. I put so much into this story, and the fact that I finished it, and wrapped up a complicated plot without leaving any loose ends... I'm impressed.
Best Story I wrote, 2007: Again, Finding Purpose.
Most under-appreciated story I wrote, 2007 (in my opinion): The Hard Truth. It was a Kara/Sam story so I wasn't expecting as much feedback as for my Kara/Lee stories, but I did think more people would have read it.
Most Fun Story: Highway Robbery. It's just something about John being tied up naked...
Sexiest Story: Hmm. I didn't write any pure smut stories this year, so I'm not sure.... I guess If Tomorrow Never Comes, but it's not even really that sexy.
"Holy Crap That's Wrong, Even For You" Story: I guess Whiskey Lullaby. Kinda took the angst to an extreme in that one...
Story That Shifted My Perceptions of a Character: The Hard Truth I think. It made me see Sam in a different light. And also maybe Comfort, because it was the first time I wrote Ronon as the 'comforting friend'.
Harest Story To Do: Need we ask? Finding Purpose.
Biggest Disappointment: Probably Whiskey Lullaby or Pink and Frothy, though it's not like I hate either of them.
Most Revealing Story: Still not really sure what this means. If we're talking physically revealing, it's so Highway Robbery. Lmao.
Story I Want Remembered: Finding Purpose. I truly think it was the best fic idea I've ever had.
Story That I still Love Most from 2006: Then There Were Two. I think it's the best Atlantis story I've done to date, maybe even the best writing I've done period, and I'm proud of it.
