When Lee finds Kara in the clouds there are TWO ships. TWO!!! Watch carefully.
Now if that's a cylon raider, I have no idea how she would have gotten on it. But it didn't really look like a cylon raider to me. An Earth ship perhaps? Meh, who cares. To me this is just more proof that she's alive.
