Me and my long-time internet friend finally met! It was so good to meet her in person and sit and actually talk to her when we weren't online or on the phone.
My school got there first because it was only a 45 min drive for us while it was an hour and a half for her school. So when she got there, we met up and hugged and talked for a bit, but the people I was walking around with were leaving so I had to catch up and her friends had already deserted her. We split and then decided to meet up around lunch time. Which we did, and I ended up spending almost the entire lunch period with her and her friends, who were pretty cool.
I was too elated and excited and all these other giddy 'e' words.
Outside of meeting her, though, the festival was rather boring. I mean, it was cool if you wanted to spend butt loads of money (which I didn't) or liked walking around in dust and heat (which I don't). I did buy this necklace with a crystal shaped like a diamond. The outfits the workers wore were beautiful, too. I wanted some of them. One corset dress I want to get for prom. May get it made.

I've finally begun the job application process. I plan to start somewhere once we come back from Miami over Thanksgiving break. I'm applying to Barnes & Noble and Wal-Mart so far. Hoping to get B&N. If not, I'll probably apply to the mall or something.
One day 'til vacation!!!
