Hey all.
It has been a bit of time since I last posted (2 days short of two months) and many things have happened in my life (no I have not learned to spell or type. I made two typos by this time already) so I'm going to make a few short notes about things I remember. These may be in a jumble of order.
I broke up with Jenn just after our one month. She was not the girl for me. Made it short and sweet trying to keep a possible friendship.
Allot of college work wasted because the exams were either a joke or nothing like any of the books.
Went to a Millwood event and saw allot of people I haven’t seen in a group since grad.
Jer's 19th - (I got really hammered)-
Mikes 19th - (he finally got back with steph... I also got Hammered)-
Passed First Semester Intro IT
Now here is my big news for posting.
I have spent a fair amount of time considering the possibility that NSCC is not right for me. While doing this I came to the conclusion that it is not what I want to do with my life. It is very "Care bear" and I need to take this time to develop real skills for the real world. In the words of a great man. “Girls like guys with skills.” So this is the time in my life in which I am supposed to develop these skills (Ok who will make the first joke about me not having spelling skills.) Some of these skills I need to work on are focusing on y work, study habits I never developed in high school, and learning to work my ass off towards a goal in life. These are important lessons that all people must learn to become successful and happy in the world we live in.
Tomorrow morning I will be heading to a school I already departed from once in hopes of getting some help in developing these skills. By this I mean I will go talk to Lori Brown about getting some pre-cal and physics 12 marks to help me get into University. I think this is a very important decision I have made but I need help in getting it done. Ms. Brown helped me a lot in many ways in high school so I hope she will not mind consoling me for a few minutes to work on some of these ideas or schedule a time I can meet with her in order to get these things done as soon as possible.
Well that is all I have for now. I hope every one has a Festive holiday with family and friends. If not at least take the break to sit back and have a few drinks!
Cheers
