What Not To Make
I make a super-easy chicken alfredo dish using cream cheese & sour cream that is usually pretty good. Tonight is was just god-awful. I'm thinking maybe the sour cream was going bad, because the dish was really sweet and just icky. I hope it's not the chicken because I bought a whole package of boneless, skinless thighs & tomorrow I'm throwing the rest in the crockpot with Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce. I'd hate to waste a whole bottle of sauce on bad chicken.
