1. If you could bring the people of any vanished civilization/city to the present day, which would you chose? (ignore any political ripples)
I would love to see the Mayan civilization. They had tremendously advanced sciences and maths for their time.
2. Who would be better minions?: the yellow Minions from Despicable Me, or the Terminators from the Terminator universe.
Tough question... I have to go with the Terminators, though, because they're just kick ass. And I would so love to control an army of them. Even a small, defective one *lol*
3. What is your favorite fish?
I actually keep tropical fish, and my favourite would probably be the freshwater stingrays, like this one.
4. Your favorite word/phrase, in any language, is...?
Defenestration. Absolutely. How awesome is it that we are so annal, that we actually have a word for the act of throwing someone out of window?
5. Should we ever discover the answer to the Fermi Paradox?
Yay! The Where is everyone? Paradox :-)
Gosh, I'd like to think so. I mean, I'm a firm believer in Extra-Terrestrial life. We can't be unique; it's just mathematically too far fetched. And even if you want to take a religious view; why would god go to all this effort to create this huge universe, just for us? It seems a little arrogant. So, yes. I hope we do solve it. But not for a really, really long time, because frankly, I don't think we're ready to meet anyone else yet. We still have to much of our own shit to take care of. Can you imagine Global diplomacy if one faction or another was backed by extra-terrestrial interests? We need to consolodate as a species, before we're ready to find anyone else. So I guess, my answer is that I hope one day we're ready to solve it.
