End of the Year

May 02, 2005 00:43

It really doesn't feel like the end of the school year right now. I've got 2 more weeks in Lebanon. Only one more week before finals. I'm not sure I'm ready.
Stu and I went out with a group of people from SLU yesterday. We ate at The Old Spaghetti Factory. It was pretty darn good, but the best part was the cheesecake. We had a lot of fun hanging out like that. It made me wish that I would've gone over there more this year. Maybe I will next year though.

I was complimented last friday on my composition. It's only 8 measures, but it was still pretty nice to be complimented by people.

I realized something kinda big this weekend. I really need to lighten up and not take life so seriously. I mean, it's good to have direction and goals to work towards, but there are a lot of things you miss when you focus on just that stuff.

Well, I just felt a wave of tiredness come over me so I'd better be getting to bed. Maybe I'll update this thing again soon. I hate that I haven't kept up with everybody else lately, so maybe I'll have to do some reading on here tomorrow too. We'll see.
