David looked up and saw this blur fly toward him.

It took merely a split second to realise what was going on, and another one to choose not to bother catching it. He let the stress ball bounce off his desk and land on the floor.

"Heh. Whoops?" He looked over at Millie.

Millie looked around - not that there was much to see, but she was taking her time with the task at hand. It's not like she had anywhere pressing to be. She looked a bit like Isa when the little girl was up to something.

"So how's it going with you?" she asked, turning her attention back to David. It had been a bit since she'd seen him or Alex.
