Soccer
I'm over it!!!!Can't find stuff to do at work today...grrrr....hate days like this and it looks like I'm sitting here bludging!Grrr....
Guess where I went last night???The soccer World Cup qualifier!!!!Australia got through! It was an interesting night. I was so so so so so tired though. I've been working hard without much sleep. The bad points of the night were, walking miles to get there, feeling sick from dinner, fighting with Pav ( as I do when I'm overtired) and the girl next to me spilling beer all over me when Australia scored!!!Grrr...I so was not impressed. John Travolta was there and about 20m away from us!!!That was cool to see such a huge movie star in the flesh!The game itself was great, Australia won 1-0, which tied them for the series, so then they had to do 15 minutes both ways and then a penalty shoot off which we won! The shoot off was my favouitre part of the game cause it wasn't as frustrating as wondering whether people would score or not.
I'm not a huge soccer fan, but I watch most sports. But I'm glad i was there to watch Australia get into the world cup for the first time in 30 years.Pav said to me after the game "I really want to go to Germany next year now" and I said "YES!!!!" I want to visit all ym friends over there!Don't think it will happen though unfortunately:(.
Only 11 days till Oasis!I found a set list on the net yesterday!So exciting!!!There is some pretty good songs on it....I'll just eb happy if they play "Live Forever" though...thats my all time favourite song!here is the website in case anyone is interested in checking it out
