Hey there! I haven't watched CG in a while and there're too many characters that I like, but I do have a soft spot for Shirley Fenette and Anya Alstreim, despite her lack of character development. My favorite characters in Geass are Suzaku, Euphemia, Anya, Gino, Lloyd, and Cecile. Shirely is cute. I have a soft spot for her and Lulu together.
