Otakon 2009 con Report
SERIOUSLY IMAGE HEAVEY
Thursday:
Ok so basisicly Andrietta and
on_dragon_wings came over in the morning and me, my brother( wasdonline ) and Des packed everything (aka the one sutecase we were limited to) into Andriettas PT cruser and headed out around 12pm. OMG I went to a con in NORMAL clothing for once.. it was great!
we arived a little after 3 and checked in, got settled in the room and then me Andrietta and
on_dragon_wings went to hooters to get wings before th 2 or them headed to the vamps consert. We then rushed back to to the hotel to let chibitifa into the room.
and she got her fishy that was her birthday present.
we ate then and Andrietta torchered me by plucking my eyebrows chunks of hair at a time... OWWWW that was a cursing fest. We also tried to plug the laptop into the TV to watch stuff but we couldnt figure it out and ended up calling a tech up and he brough up a new tv.. lol it ended up being user error...
Andrietta and
on_dragon_wings went to the consert and me and chibitifa went to tess' birthday party, with fun transformers hats and cupcakes. Meet lotsof cool people there.

we headed back to the convention and desided to get in line for our badges. that took about 2 hours. well we got our badge and headed back to our rooms.
basicly it was a nice laied back day that I have never had at a con before and I loved it.
Friday:
I woke up about 7am and got into my Arietta costume and we walked around for a bit. I went on a hunt for gai_setsu for our picnic. We forgot to finish making plans and trade numbers.. >> Fail on our part. I ran into alot of friends along the way.
seriously I think I ran into everyone I knew exsept the person I was looking for. Eventully I gave up, sat down and had some Icecream and took a few photo of chibitifa
Eventually I headed back to the hotel to change into Celsius for the Tales Of Shoot and had to rush to the shoot....where I ran into
gai_setsu and after the shoot we took off to have our picnic! :p hopefully one day it will go according to plans.
After the shoot and picnic me and
gai_setsu went back to my room to look at a map and look at turkeys (suikoden game) we hung around and talked untill we sa we were late for the crossplay for girls panel so we went over there and cought the end of it.
stuff happened and what not, then I went to catch a consert with Andrietta and
on_dragon_wings untill chibitifa called as said she was hungery so
on_dragon_wings and I meet up with her and we ended up with a large group of people and had a pizza party! It was a blast
after that we headed back to the con walked around a bit and then I changed out of my costume with an intent to go back but I ended up just staying in the room and slept.
Sum up of Friday, it was spent running into everyone I knew, looking for people, and hanging out. It also felt like saterday because we arived on thursday.
