Ok I know Im like the last to know this but...
did everyone realize that the whole reason that Terry Schiavo is in her current vegetative state is because she suffered from anorexia and bulimia????? Ummm I was livid when I found this out today in class simply because a woman so insecure that she was willing to kill herself to be beautiful is now being FORCED to eat?? Does this sound weird to anybody but me? Its so annoying to think that the entire country is in an uproar about this issue? She was obviously obsessed with her looks enough to drastically change her eating (or not eating) habits, but now everyone has her displayed on tv looking obviously overweight from NO phyisical activity over the past 15 years AND looking completely vegetative from her COMPLETE lack of brain activity?? This is completely ridiculous and I cant beleive that there is a fucking herd of people protesting that her FEEEEDING tube be replaced when her lack of FEEEEDING herself is the reason she is in her current state? Im apalled and quite frankly pissed! I know that several more issues are included in this debate including her husband who treated her like shit but who also passed up millions of dollars just to keep her own desires alive. I think that the correct decision is obvious, but people with their passions and technicalities are prolonging a vegetative state of a woman whose desires obviously contradict theirs.
