The thing about uploading my daily food log? Yeah, short-lived. Not only is it hella boring, I found it actually achieved the opposite of my goal. I was hoping that knowing I'd have to admit to what I eat would keep me from eating. Actually, it just made me not want to be truthful in my log, which totally defeated the purpose of a log.

Also interesting was that my weight has taken on a bradycardic rhythm this past week.

(Of course I'm just being silly. I can't actually read EKGs. Hearts are not my thing.)

Which is not surprising when one looks at my intake:

Goal from last week: work out 3 times. Goal MET! I totally did Tae Bo 3x in the last 7 days. Which isn't an amazing workout schedule, but it's a huge improvement from the "sits on ass" activities I'd been doing prior. So, yay for that.

Goal for next week: Stability. Keep working out - 3x per week is sustainable right now - and try to get intake more regular. I'm under-doing it some days and over-doing it others. That's no good. As I've learned as a clinician, change isn't worth a darn if it's not natural and sustainable 'cause there won't be any carryover. In the long run it'll be more beneficial to make little-by-little adjustments rather than doing drastic dieting. Gotta find a comfortable level that I can sustain as a lifestyle.
