If you google "livejournal russian bots", what do you get? Answer: The same thing that over 6000 other people have seen

I manage quite well to talk to "less intelligent" (less intelligent compared to who?) people without making them feel like shit.
There is a time and a place for that, and it is wholly dependent on the attitude of said "stupid" person.
There is passive innocent stupidity, and there is active willful stupidity.

I love to help people who admit they don't know something and seek to improve their knowledge.
But I have no sympathy for people who refuse to even try.

Most people who comment here about the bots are in the first group, they didn't know any better, and they're thankful to learn.
Only a select few users that I have encountered regarding the bots are actively stupid - the people spreading that their friends only need ban_set the users, and nothing else. Especially a bunch of my Russian counterparts, who are spreading news about the bots and ban_set, but refuse to inform their followers that they should report them to livejournal.

However, this has very little to do with the matter at hand.
Who are these less intelligent people that you're talking about? Are you claiming that Livejournal Support are "less intelligent"?
Perhaps then, they should quit being so fucking arrogant, and talking down to every person who asks anything.
The manager of Livejournal Abuse, in particular, appears to have a huge comprehension problem, unable to read and respond to the words that are used.
If I'm making Livejournal Support feel like shit, then thanks fantastic news.
