i clicked a link that said "help", but was redirected to the support area.
this must be a mistake, because the support area is full of idiots who are still offering no support to people asking about the well-known russian bots.

*registers livejournalhelp.com* i could singlehandedly provide more actual help than the entire menagerie of support volunteers combined.
of course, it would require the people coming to me for help to use google to find me -- wait a minute, that's exactly what's happening now!
