I am feeling a little more carbon-neutral this morning as I cycled in to work.
That's right, you heard me - I cycled in to work!
I was pleasantly surprised - it took me about 40 mins door to door, then 5 to stagger up the stairs as my legs threatened to cramp at me...

Appropriately, on the final leg of the journey in, my MP3 player decided it was time for 'Eye of the Tiger'...I think it has a sense of humour...
