I saw a trailer for The Golden Compass today and it looks amazing. I love those books, the movies better be good!
In other news, I'm still alive. Barely. Working 40 hours a week and having rehearsal every night has greatly decreased my sleep and I'm sort of managing.
I don't really want to leave my internship when the summer is over, I'm having a really good time. It makes me sad to think about it.
I'm supposed to go see Footloose tonight, but I haven't got anyone to go with. I may skip it, but then I'd feel bad for not going. But I really don't want to go by myself.
We might be adopting a 2 year old chihuahua named Max. I'm going to meet him some day soon and hopefully we'll take him.
I'm also looking to adopt another kitten. Katie is taking Rollercoaster with her when she moves out, and mom doesn't want Schrodinger to be lonely. The new kitten's name will be Pixel (massive points if you get the reference).
I've been going to the Borders across from my office for a half hour at lunch to read a book. I want to buy it, but it isn't available in paperback yet. Since I have the first 12 in paperback, I don't want a hardcover copy. But I can't wait that long to read it ^_^
