This is my 1st tutorial, so I hope you like it! ^^ And since english isn't my language, I really hope it's clear.

Ok, I took this Ewan base from Don't Be So Base:

1) I duplicated this lay and set it to screen; of course the opacity may depend on your base. You can shapen it, I didn't do it:

2) I made a curve lay with these settings:
RGB:
1) I: 203; 0: 199
2) I: 173; O: 163
3) I: 107; O: 90
4) I: 58; O: 61.

Red:
1) I: 190; O: 197
2) I: 140; O: 156
3) I: 111; O: 101
4) I: 44; O: 71

Blue:
1) I: 154; O: 139
2) I: 61; O: 80

And I get this:

3) Now I made a Selective Colour Layer with these settings:
Reds:
Cyan: 100; Magenta: 20; Yellow: -1; Black: 30

Yellow:
Cyan: -100; Magenta: 48; Yellow: -46; Black: 20

Cyan:
Cyan: -100; Magenta: -16; Yellow: 38; Black: 22

Whites:
Cyan: 22; Magenta: 4; Yellow: -17; Black: 100

Neutrals:
Cyan: 5; Magenta: 9; Yellow: 4; Black: 12

Blacks:
Cyan: 14; Magenta: 21; Yellow: 9; Black: 17

I get this:

A lot of difference! ^__^

4) I made three Color Layers:
1) Fill with #00132f; Exclusion 100% (it may depends on your base and image)
2) Fill with #e8f3ff; Color Burn 100%.
3) Fill with #8e8e8e; Soft Light 100%.

5) A new Selective Color Layer:
Reds:
Red: 16; Magenta: 15; Yellow: -8; Black: 0

Neutrals:
Red: -6; Magenta: 5; Yellow: 12; Black: -5

Blacks:
Red: 5; Magenta: -17; Yellow: 7; Black: 10

6) Ok, last step! ^^ For more contrast I duplicated the base; desaturated it, bring to the top. Gaussian blur to 1.8 and set to Soft Light 100%.

Done it!! <3
