I finally had my one-year review at work today (exactly a month late, but meh). Turns out, they are very pleased with my progess as a new tech, and want to keep me so much that they gave me a .50 cent/hr "merit raise" on top of my regular raise. Any constructive criticisms or "areas to work on" they had for me I had already anticipated in my written self eval, so that helped even more. I wasn't necessarily dreading my review, but it went much more pleasantly than I could've hoped. My peer review portion was really good too (where the doctors and senior staff you work with most write their opinions/impressions and rate your skills).

So now I'm all in a bubbly mood and stuff. ^_^ Yay, Wheat Ridge threw me a bone!
