Last night I met this guy who went to Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island. He now owns his own catering business, a restaurant and teaches at MJC. It was really inspiring to meet someone that went there. He had a lot of good things to say about the school which is encouraging to here from someone that is not throwing me a sales pitch. Just talking to him kind of put that fire back in me. Its been such a long time coming that I lost some of the excitement and perspective I had. He told me that when I come back on breaks he would let me intern for him at his catering business. He was such a nice guy. Im very excited.
