ok so i'm a little peed off right now...well not really right now...right now being like 6 hours ago...so basically i finally speak to my mom today and to cut the long story short...i'm not leaving for england on friday as originally planned...i'm not leaving for england next month even...i probably won't be there til august if i do get there at all. SOme crap about my passport almost being expired and i'd have to get it renewed first or there would be some crap when i try getting back into the country...well i guess the positive thing to come out of this would be that i can go to graduation...
and i'll probably be going down to florida for 2 weeks before i have to come back up here for my silly summer class....yay for college physics :) so i need to get everything straightened out tomorrow morning...call the brother unit...get him to wire me the money for the classes and housing...plus my personal expenses have to be taken care of...then i have to call this random dude in Texas who's supposed to have connections with Texas A&M...like i actually want to go there...but yea jsut to get the rents of my back i'll do it....i've put it off as long as humanly possible...i was supposed to have called the guy like a month and a half ago.
besides that...it's been a pretty mellow day...woke up late...went to the gym and SURPRISE SURPRISE the place was opened when it was SUPPOSED to be opened...imagine that concept...the last 2 times i went it was closed for some odd reason which really possed me off cuz all that prep time and the actual time it takes to get there was all in vain...but yea...that was good...got food...went to Anibels to prep for our Econ final on thursday...we got some of it done...could've done a lot more but between her upset stomach (hope you're feeling better) and my mutant headache (which can't be cured by regular aspirin) we pretty much just goofed off for 3 hours
got back to my room and i realized how big a mess it is...seriously it's hard walking round in here without stepping on something that shouldn't be anywhere near the floor....i guess that's what happens when you accumulate a ton of random papers in your drawers over the span of 8 months but yea...i've got more time to clean all this crap up so it's all good...the rest of the weekend went by pretty quickly actually...can't quite remember what i did friday...oh wait i do...i ordered a pizza...stuffed myself til i couldn't take another bite and watched the lion king 1 1/2...it was decent but nothing special...
saturday i went to the gym...it was closed and i was really pissed...then i tried going to white plains to get a replacement charger for my phone since i forgot my first replacement chager in the library on wednesday when i was studying with Vanessa and Erica for our accounting final on friday...now for those of you who don't know who Erica is which is probably all of you...she's this really cool freshman chick who says 'and shit' at the end of every other sentence....i only met her on tuesday though we've been in the same class all semester but she's really cool and whn i get my current roll of pictures developed there's a picture of her and vanessa in there somewhere so ya'll can put a face to the name.
umm...where was i....oh yea so i was supposed to go to white plains...so i'm standing there infront of spellman waiting for the valiant with a bunch of other misinformed individuals...we're waiting...and waiting some more and it doesn't show....so after standing there for like 15 minutes i finally realize there's a small notice inside that says that it stopped running on friday so if i need to get into white plains i'd have to either take a cab...the 12 bus or get a ride from someone...so i decided to put that off til probably monday or tuesday...well today is monday so possibly later today.
I went to the Dance Ensemble performance in the east room with Nicole...had to fork out a whole $2 for the show...though it was worth it naturally i'd have to complain about it :) but yea...it was a really good show, Aliya was great...they all were but i say this cuz she's the only one in it that i actually know per say...but the minds in motion performance was decent...it was basically the same performance they had at quad jam (pics from that to follow) and the one with the really skinny dude who's name i forget was pretty cool...it was funny though cuz there was this guy in it who was supposed to be the devil and he kept walking round with an apple in his hand offering it to everyone but it was a hot performance...literally
after that everything's pretty much one big blur...oh i went over to Anibel's to charge my phone...spent a couple of hours there...came back...watched tv...went to sleep...woke up.....went to sleep.....woke up.....went to sleep.................................................................................................................woke up (surprise surprise) and then it was late....spoke to the mother unit..and you know the rest. Now it's late...i'm watching sealab2020 on [adultswim] and i think i shall go to sleep soon since my head feels like there's a midget in there pounding away at my cranium....aloha
