I went to Switzerland on Saturday. It was nifty. Despite that Switzerland is not part of the European Union, there was no passport control as we crossed from Germany. From what I saw of Switzerland (the sum total of which being downtown Basel), asphalt covers the entire country, and things are expensive. Signage is culturally confused.
There is a teddy bear and doll museum there, which is cool in terms of teddy bears but creepy in terms of dolls. The dollhouses also fall into the category of awesome, particularly the tarts and vicars party going on downstairs in one of them. The dolls are just creepy, as they tend to be when they are waist-high and mechanical and have jerky limb movements.
Normally I would finish this with something interesting, or at least something conclusive, but there is none to be had. My Swiss chocolate haul consisted of a Toblerone bar. There we go. Good night.
