odd moments of the day:
1: conversation that goes from the death of Osama bin Laden to the barely bikini clad girls trying to get into the newly opened Hard Rock Cafe pool - in the span of about 3 minutes
2: nearly every person I've talked to today has some Minnesota connection
3: winner of odd moment of the day: Walked into a bathroom at the conference hotel and was offered a brand new unopened bottle of merlot
And highlight of the day: The conference provided pedicabs to get us between hotels. At the risk of sounding like my husband, it's kind of fun to sit and watch a cute tight Brazilian tush as you take a "princess ride" (what one of the pedestrians called it)...
