1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before? I met Fish. I interviewed Placido Domingo. I saw Opeth twice. I went to Indiana. I made new play partners out of some old dear friends.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions and will you make more for next year? Not tellin' and yes.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? I guess not 'cos I can't remember.
4. Did anyone close to you die? No, thank God.

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008? Marillion tickets? A passport? A driver's license?

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Interviewing Placido Domingo. And working with the BBC. And meeting Fish. And deciding to sell Mom's house.
9. What was your biggest failure? Not getting tickets to Extreme/Kings X? I had a pretty good year all 'round.

26. What did you want and get? To work for new clients and further my writing career.
27. What did you want and not get? A publishing deal? An agent? OK. I want a new guitar. And someone to teach me how to play classical.

30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Getting Mom's apartment closed out and emptied. Patience.
