Hockey Tonight!

So tonight we get our first look at the Rangers in my one obligatory preseason game at the Garden. They're playing Ottawa. This team is a bit different from last year's. My man Sean Avery hs hone on to the Dallas Stars. Ryan Hollweg is now a Toronto Maple Leaf. And team captain Jaromir Jagr has taken his salary and his hairdo to Russia where he will play for Avangard Omsk of the Continental Hockey League. In their place the team has added ex-Vancouver Canuck Markus Naslund, Russian whizkid Nikolai Zherdev, and ex-Ottawa defenseman Wade Redden.

Should be interesting. More as the season barrels towards our inevitable spring golf tournament....
