Brooklyn Boys with Supersonic Toys (kink content)

So last night, I went to my first GMSMA meeting. I've been a member of the organization the last two years but haven't been going out to many scene meetings or workshops in the last few years. But the subject matter was Singletails, I was going to be in the Village anyway (to see my shrink) and I decided to show up.

When I arrived, I found out, much to my pleasant surprise, that my good buddy and fellow whip-dude Thrash was the presenter. When he showed up, he asked me if I had my whips with me. I said "of course." And then he asked me to co-present. And of course I said yes. We gave the class together, long with his friend Miss Trish. He started the class by having her whip his back--a hell of a way to open, showing what the whip is capable of as opening act as opposed to climax.

Now, this is the second time that he and I have co-presented on whips (we did a class, together with jaspamaster in June. But this was in front of (about) 50-60 people, some whom I knew but a lot of strangers, in a new "venue" so to speak. And away we went.

The energy in the room was excellent. He and I fed off each other like a tag-team comedy act, picking up where the other left off, displaying our very different whip styles, and getting the message across that each person who picks up the singletail will (eventually) develop their own distinctive style. We talked for about two hours, demonstrated different throws, grips, cracks, and wraps, and talked about safety, whip construction, and what to look for in buying a whip. I had four signals with me: my Wheeler, Em's Morgan, my Axel, and the 33" Murphy, and two Peter Jack bullwhips from New Zeaand, one 5' long, the other 6' with no loop at the butt.

A very successful class, and a fun, unexpected way to spend the evening.

All for now
