* I am getting better at not getting lost in Elephant and Castle (double roundabout of doom).
* I was ill last week and had a little time off training, eased back into training slowly.
* I have re-jigged my sleep pattern and am getting up before 8am most days. I feel very anti-social in the evening.
* I am nervous about the marathon. 124 days to go.
* Today:
= Cycled and walked for 1.25hrs
= Did helpful things
= Did 3 bits of admin, including insisting on the phone that we do things my way (someone had made a mistake). Rah!
= Ran on my own instead of going to the club. Tired.
* Plan to be busy to a sensible degree tomorrow.
