Wednesday 23rd Sep. Today I decided to do 3 meals and an optional snack, seeing as I was going to be eating out in the evening. I was happy with what I ate/the ammounts.
Breakfast: Small portion muesli/non-fat milk, mixed berries. 3 egg omelet made with 1 huge mushroom.
Snack: 1 apple.
Lunch: Green salad with proscutio ham, chicken, mozzarella, pesto, olives, cherry tomatoes. Way too salty, but good portion size (Pret A Manger salad).
Dinner: Wild boar/apple sausages, mashed potato, red cabbage, gravy. Apple pie and banana ice cream. Mmmmm gorgeous. Again, good portion size. Also one Curiosity Cola.
