This isn't exactly a *how to leave the flat* post. Not enough of you are currently being entertaining or available, so I think I will have to prize myself from the sofa. I'm still really knackered, but I'm worried that might be due to inactivity now rather than exertion. I'm going to have a walk on Hampstead Heath using the fuel that is caffeine. Bus to Parliament Hill café (far south-east edge of the heath) for coffee, followed by an amble around. I'll take a sensible lunch with me, and seeing as breakfast was a baked potato with beans and stir-fried vegetables (using Fry Light), lunch will be a non-fat yogurt, piece of fruit and a cereal bar.

Diet milestone: last night I got my 4 stone award! I have lost 4 stone and half a pound since I started in May 08. That's 56.5 pounds or 25.45 kilos.
Highest weight: 20 stone
Starting weight: 19st 2lbs/266 pounds/120.91 kilos
Current weight: 15st 1.5lbs/211.5 pounds/96.14 kilos. Wow, I'm under 100kg!
Goal weight: 13st (you do the conversions)

My relationship with money, mostly me thinking I don't deserve to have much money or nice things.
Discussion post about people's favourite ingredient(s).
Question post about what people like about Bi Coffee London. I need quotes! Also, negative and positive feedback would be good.
