I jogged for two lots of 1.5 minutes and two lots of 3 minutes today, I am well chuffed with myself. Week one was jogging for 1 minute at a time with walking breaks, week two was 1.5 minutes at a time with walking breaks, and despite a bit of a rocky start in week three (I had a cold and didn't do Monday or Wednesday), I managed to complete one of the week three sessions. Woot!
