Sun protection
I want this hat! There are some really cool and practical looking ones here, but I imagine shipping prices would be prohibitive.
I got a little bit of sunburn on my lower lip while I was out on the Heath today, a baseball cap probably isn't enough protection. I should get some lipbalm with an SPF as well. I went swimming in one of the ponds, and I pushed myself a bit too much. I had an asthma attack which was rather lousy, especially considering that I was 15 minutes walk away from a bus stop in either direction. It took me a *lot* longer than that to get to South End Green (I was in the mood for the 24 rather than the 214), and I stopped in the Hampstead Tea room for a cup of black coffee. The caffeine twinned with the niceness of a hot drink helped my asthma go away. I'm glad they're still in business despite a Starbucks opening next door a few years ago. Their cakes are to die for, but *sigh*.
