Yahoo groups question

Will I get an email notification of replies to something I post on a yahoo group if I only read the messages on the web? Or do I have to sign up for Individual Emails/Daily Digest until I get what I want? freecyclelondon is freakin' huge.

I just got a reply that went straight to my freecycle folder.
