My weight has stabilised lately. Maybe that is because I am eating the same amount and exercising... muscle is more dense than fat. I'm going to concentrate hard on looking at the changes in my level of fitness, whilst at the same time keeping an eye on my weight because it can get out of control when I just leave it and trust myself (I cannot trust myself).
Good stuff: I can now walk to and from Sainsbury's on Camden Road with ease.
Good stuff: I am walking where I would previously have got the bus.
Good stuff: (Being sensible.) Sometimes I take the bus for a short stretch of a journey if I am in a hurry or know that I'll only be able to walk 3/4 of the way.
Generally, I want to resume daily affirmations. I've been feeling pretty low in confidence lately, and I know that I can change the way I see myself and interact with the world significantly if I use positive self-talk. This has nothing to do with the time of year btw.
Today: Every day I get stronger and fitter.
