I said that those things don't matter to me but they might do a little bit. I had a very skinny boyfriend when I was in my early 20s but these days I think I like people with more meat on their bones.

I don't think cuddleability has anything to do with body mass index. In fact I'd say two of the top three cuddlers I've met have been pretty skinny.

I don't know, there's perhaps something onomatopoeic about the word 'cuddly' that makes some folk associate it with overweight.

I went with a severely thin bullimic woman and the cuddles I had with her were uncomfortable.

I went out with a 23-stone man and I couldn't get my arms around him. I guess you just have to decide if the person is worth the difficult cuddle logistics.

I suppose I have to admit that it is the aesthetics too. I just don't like a very skinny look. Re the 23-stone guy... I would just cuddle the bits I could reach.
