life is pretty damn good
So...been here a week...LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVEEE it!!! :-)
Started classes last Wednesday...going really well so far...My Lit prof is a TOTAL spaz, but she's great. Got really into this story we've been reading the last couple days, "What We Talk About When We Talk About Love" I was kinda fixated on it...there was so much meaning there...took me FOREVER to really figure it all out...But I had a great time doing it! haha mad a nerd...been too long since I've been in school...I actually like it!
My Western Civ prof is this really old guy...probably 70 if he's a day...AMAZING teacher. 2 days and I can already tell. He's hysterical! Told us that "there must be something terribly wrong with me...I've retired twice and I keep coming back!" lol Seems like he's going to make a not so exciting subject, be pretty interesting. I'm excited!
Psych is great. It's going to kick my ASS, but I'm excited about taking something that I've never taken before...besides, that's what college is all about, right? My prof is mexican...greatest thing ever: he sounds EXACTLY like Pedro!!!! omfg, I almost died laughing when he said "or something" LOL!!! so yeah...2 days, already had a quiz...I think it's gonna be good though.
Lastly, American Politics. LOL Shit, my class already hates me....But I think I only mildly pissed off Dr. Sorensen. He said something about the United States having no enemies...me being me, I couldn't keep my mouth shut and came back with, "are you kidding??? The world hates us!!!!!!!!!" LOL he looked really surprised...for the first 40 min all I did was sit there and nod in agreement, or laugh when I was supposed to...lol Bet he thought I was gonna be the quiet one! LOL Oh well, it's gonna be a fun class...
SO yeah...as far as school...it's great...having a really good time surprisingly. Actually enjoying doing my work...How fucked up is that???? lol
Everything else is really good too. :-) I haven't been this happy in a long time...I still miss everyone from Toga like CRAZY, but it's gotten a little easier...I've had some help with that...Really excited about enjoying life! :-)
